1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of all digital products, online courses, mock examinations, CPD training, recorded lessons, educational materials and related services (“Products”) offered by XNN Consult Ltd, trading as FxAchieve (“FxAchieve”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or accessing any Product through www.fxachieve.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our Products.

3. Products
FxAchieve provides educational products including but not limited to:
- Regulatory training
- CySEC examination preparation
- AML training
- CPD courses
- Online recorded courses
- Mock examinations
- Training manuals
- Study materials
- Electronic certificates
- Live online classes
- Other educational content
All Products are educational only.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under the laws of your country to purchase Products.
5. Orders
Orders become binding once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be verified;
- fraud is suspected;
- incorrect pricing has been published;
- technical errors occur.
If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Digital Delivery
Most Products are supplied electronically.
Access is normally granted immediately after successful online payment.
Where manual verification is required (for example bank transfers), access may be provided within 1–2 business days.
Delivery is considered complete once:
- login credentials are emailed;
- the course becomes available in the learning portal; or
- downloadable materials become available.
7. User Account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your password confidential;
- all activity under your account;
- maintaining accurate contact details.
You may not:
- share your account;
- allow multiple users to access one account;
- sell or transfer access.
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Licence
Upon purchase, FxAchieve grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Product for your own learning.
You may not:
- copy;
- record;
- reproduce;
- publish;
- upload;
- distribute;
- resell;
- modify;
- create derivative works;
- commercially exploit any course materials.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of FxAchieve.
9. Certificates
Certificates are issued only where the relevant course requirements have been successfully completed.
Requirements may include:
- completion of all lessons;
- passing quizzes or examinations;
- satisfying CPD requirements.
FxAchieve reserves the right to refuse certification where completion requirements have not been met.
10. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Applicable VAT or taxes will be shown during checkout where required by law.
11. Payments
Payments may be made using payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
12. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise stated:
- digital content is generally non-refundable after access has been granted;
- refunds may be considered where access has not yet been provided;
- live classroom training cancellations may be subject to separate conditions.
13. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days.
However, where:
- you expressly request immediate access to digital content,
- and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery begins,
you agree that access to the Product shall commence immediately and your statutory withdrawal right shall cease once digital delivery has started, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
14. Course Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance;
- software upgrades;
- internet outages;
- force majeure;
- third-party service providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
15. Educational Disclaimer
Our Products are provided solely for educational purposes.
Completion of any course does not:
- guarantee examination success;
- guarantee employment;
- guarantee professional certification;
- guarantee regulatory approval.
Individual results depend on each student’s preparation and performance.
16. No Professional Advice
Training materials are educational in nature and do not constitute:
- legal advice;
- compliance advice;
- investment advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- regulatory consulting.
Professional advice should always be obtained where required.
17. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- copy course videos;
- record webinars;
- upload content to third-party websites;
- reverse engineer examination systems;
- use automated tools to scrape content;
- share login credentials;
- interfere with platform security.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
18. Intellectual Property
All:
- videos;
- presentations;
- manuals;
- questions;
- mock examinations;
- graphics;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- course content
remain the exclusive intellectual property of FxAchieve or its licensors.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxAchieve shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses;
- consequential damages;
- loss of profits;
- business interruption;
- data loss;
- examination failure;
- employment decisions;
- reliance on educational material.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant Product.
20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:
- natural disasters;
- internet outages;
- cyber-attacks;
- governmental actions;
- war;
- labour disputes.
21. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.
22. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party providers.
We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
23. Changes to Products
We reserve the right to:
- update courses;
- revise content;
- improve materials;
- modify the learning platform
without prior notice.
Such updates do not entitle customers to refunds.
24. Amendments

The version published on our website shall apply to future purchases.
25. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.
